These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the website www.ecomstrate.com. By placing an order, you automatically accept these conditions.

2. Products and availability
Ecomstrate offers products that are accurately described. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images or prices are always free from errors. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.

3. Prices and payments
All prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Accepted payments include card, PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery (where available).

4. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is via reliable couriers. Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Ecomstrate is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

5. Withdrawal and right of return
Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, except for exceptions. Returns must be made in their original condition.

6. Limitation of liability
Ecomstrate is not responsible for:

Improper use of the products by the customer

Indirect or consequential damages

Malfunctions caused by third parties (e.g. couriers, payment systems)

7. Intellectual property
All contents of the site (texts, images, logos, trademarks) are the property of Ecomstrate or their respective owners and are protected by copyright laws.

8. Competent court
For any dispute, the competent court is that of the place of residence of the consumer, as provided for by Regulation (EU) no. 1215/2012.
