Complaints & Refunds
1. Complaints
Any complaints can be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order to the email address: [email protected]
Each report will be processed within 72 working hours.
2. Refunds
Refunds are made in the following cases:
Defective or damaged product
Incorrect product
Exercise of the right of withdrawal within 14 days (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005)
The refund will be made within 7 working days of receiving and verifying the return.
3. Return methods
The product must be returned:
In the original packaging
Unused
With proof of purchase
The cost of shipping for the return is borne by the customer, except for defective products.
4. Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for customized or sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
